Ramaphosa and his whole parliament, can’t fix it because the terrorists and radical communists broke it down into pieces for 70+ years of revolution.   They created the so-called democractic constitution as well.    They all work together to end up with a failure, since 1994.    The ANC  like to play games with their supporters and other citizens, even tell their lies about the so-called apartheid, that was created by blacks themselves.   Who is the ANC?  before and after 1994 – there are no differences.

After 1994 those separate areas (homelands and reserves before 1900) did not disappear, it was only change of names and legislations, into Trustlands and CPA’s.    The very first legislation and agreement was signed by FW de Klerk (Ingonyama Trustland and legislation – who created those legislation before the 1994 elections?).   And then de klerk is so “proud” he and mandela dismantled “apartheid”.

Allegations are made by political leaders and supporters,  that the previous government (apartheid) (whites) has killed millions of blacks.    If it was the case, there would not have been so many blacks today.   They all immigrated from the north, not only in 1800 but since 1902.   READ MORE:

The registered CPA’s were formed after 1994, new laws into place when the black and coloured supporters claim land – but most of those lands (Trustland and CPA’s – under those legislations) are identical as the Shepstone Policy of 1854 – communal lands.   They all received different kind of benefits too.

Where are those title deeds of land claims then?

The White Paper on Traditional Leadership and Governance, July 2003, issued by the Minister for Provincial and Local Government deals with certain aspects, like the various international agreements, as well as the historical traditional leadership,  the old homelands and what happened after 1994.   Please read the documents, White Paper and information here as well.  Read more

With the help of people like George Soros, they use the immigrants from Africa to walk over the borders and live here for free, expect from us, the citizens to give free houses, electricity, schools, medical services and grants to all of them.   The informal settlements just “developed” on the outskirts of all cities in South Africa.     It is easier for those radical communists and immigrants to close up all the roads around us and burn down business as they wish.  Who stop them?  nobody.  Soros and his OSF.SA paid them to do that.

As already said, Apartheid was created by black and coloured leaders by choice – then and today.   Previously all homelands have choices, they all have elections and voted for their own leaders.   They all have flags of their own.   Schools and universities were build.

Even before 1900 those separate areas were already in place, created during and after Mfecane by those leaders, not by us or Dr Verwoerd.   It was the British and black/coloured leaders that created the Shepstone Policy in their colonies.   It was called RESERVES or BRITISH CROWN LAND.

Before 1900 there were more than more than 2000 homelands in Africa – and most of the African  tribes mostly are still there, ruling by their own leaders.   With our 10 homelands (1961-1994) there were elections too, etc.  Read more

The constitutional goal by Dr Verwoerd’s government  that time of separate development was to establish ten sovereign black ethnic nation states – reserves already exist on an ethnic basis.    But for all our people – not only for blacks.    If you do a check on African tribal authorities and different tribes, most of them have “homelands”

The Transkei, Bophuthatswana, Ciskei, and Venda (the ‘TBVC states’) and six self-governing territories which could theoretically also aspire to full independence.   Most of those areas did receive industrial developments as well.   Nobody took their voting rights away.   They voted and live as today with their traditional leaders.  Some of those internal independent countries, already have their own security, policing and army, in place.   The previous government did not stop them to do that.

The ANC-led government has failed to decisively deal with structural inequalities in South Africa since it took over in 1994, President Cyril Ramaphosa said on Tuesday.  He was addressing the two-day “25 Years of Democracy Conference” in Johannesburg, which was organised in partnership with the Mapungubwe Institute for Strategic Reflection (Mistra).

The conference, held at the University of Johannesburg, was aimed at providing an in-depth reflective analysis on lessons for governance, socio-economic transformation and nation building.     Ramaphosa said the ANC had assumed a virtually collapsed economy when it took power where it was forced to address the crisis of a substantial fiscal deficit, a huge apartheid debt bill and stagnant growth.    “Much as we succeeded in turning public finances around and putting the country on an improved growth path, we, however, did not pay attention to addressing the structure of our economy to ensure that all people of our country attain economic emancipation after attaining democratic emancipation,” Ramaphosa said.

He said despite significant economic progress under former president Thabo Mbeki in the years leading up to the global financial crisis of 2008, unemployment and poverty had increased over the last decade, with millions of South Africans remaining excluded through lack of assets, skills and networks.   Ramaphosa said progress that had been achieved, including indicators of social progress from the growth in the size of the black middle class to an improvement in educational access, had been undermined by stagnant growth, decline in investment, maladministration and corruption.

He said his administration would have to be realistic about what it could achieve in the next five years and work hard on a set of priorities.   “In attempting to do too much and not co-ordinating our actions within and between departments, we have been found wanting.    “This administration has identified key tasks within a defined set of focus areas that are realistic and achievable within the next five years. Growing an inclusive economy is by far our greatest area of focus.,” he said.
