Julius Malema discusses the future of white farmers in South Africa at a gathering in Paarl.
Malema said the government has no clear plan for farmers. It is the same old story – expropriation of land, blacks must own the land.
Protecting the land, and food security are essential according to Malema.
Because Afrikaner farmers have oppressed the people, they are to blame for the murders.
What Malema wants is for the farm land to be given to blacks and nobody must blame them for their lack of farming skills. What the white farmer must do is rather, give their workers shares. Move close to the community and train the new black farmers. Farmers must transfer their skills to blacks.
Malema also said, that farmers can stay in South Africa and will not be chased away, but they must do the right thing. When they do the right thing, that is to mentor the new black farmers, and then the black communities will become their defense because the farmer becomes the mentor.
Ultimately Malema wants farmers to give the workers shares and then receive protection. Mentoring and skills transfer is key to economic survival, redressing of inequality and unity!
Malema recommends that the Afrikaner does the right thing and volunteer their services. You owe it to them, you must be part of the community, and make sure the land is used productively.
He even thanked the farmers for standing strong during these dangerous times, and feed the country.
