Whites must still sacrifice more and experience further economic pain.
This is the essence of the message from the ANC’s national executive committee meeting held this weekend.
After the meeting, the chairman of the subcommittee for strategy and tactics, Nathi Mthethwa, once again pulled out the race card and accused white South Africans of not properly bringing their side to the so-called “reconciliation in the democratic system after 1994 “.
According to Mthethwa, the transition to 1994 was compromised. He says it’s about political liberation and that opportunities are created to represent the historical injustices.
He regards the attitude of some white compatriots as problematic, but conveniently ignores the attitude of many black citizens murdering whites and shouting “one settler, one bullet”
He noted that nation-building is not going to happen while the real issue of economic injustices are not addressed, meaning that the ANC’s radical economic transformation will impoverish the working white part of the population further.
